wimbd Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between wimbd and its users. wimbd is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. Browsing any page of wimbd, creating an account, or starting to play a game will be considered as the user's acceptance of these terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

To make financial transactions on wimbd convenient and fast, we support Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

wimbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when claiming and using bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳20,000 — total balance ৳42,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, winnings from that bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15) in bets.

wimbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion. If bonus abuse is found, the account will be reviewed.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the wimbd platform are operated by a fair and unbiased algorithm (RNG). Please follow the rules below to maintain a fair gaming experience:

• Each game has its own rules — read the game rules before playing.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, wimbd will provide an appropriate resolution.
• If you have a dispute about a game result, contact support — decisions will be made based on server logs.
• For sports betting, bets may be changed up until the event begins.

8 Limitations of Liability

wimbd strives to keep its service running without interruption as a safe and reliable platform. However, we are not liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Service interruptions caused by external factors, natural disasters, or unforeseen technical failures.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Leakage of a user's own account credentials or unauthorized access to their account.

Gaming inherently carries risk. Users use the platform with full awareness of that risk. wimbd does not guarantee winnings.

We ensure fair play in all games, and every game result is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is free from any bias.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. In that case:

• All active bonuses will be cancelled.
• Any available balance that is free of bonuses will be returned via the designated method.
